Do you have any fundraising programs?

Yes. We offer a highly profitable, “user-friendly” fundraising program for organizations. You can sell a delicious, healthy product like Indian River Citrus and your organization will receive $5 for every package sold. To make it easier, your organization does not have to collect order forms or money. Order forms are sent directly to Schacht Groves, and the fruit is shipped directly to the end-customer. All your group has to do is sell the product!

Aren’t oranges always supposed to be orange?

Don’t be fooled by the constant bright oranges and yellows of citrus you find in the grocery stores. Early in the season it’s often picked green and the skin is treated with ethylene gas to bring out the bright colors. But Schacht Groves ships only all-natural Indian River fruit. Sweet, juicy fruit is the only criteria.

Early in the season, the citrus might be a little green around the edges. Or you might see a few “wind scar” blemishes common to citrus grown in Florida. But the proof is in the tasting—peel away the thin, slick, “zipper skin,” and you’ll discover the juiciest, sweetest, most delicious citrus fruit found anywhere on earth.
