Citrus Fruit Soup
Ingredients
2 Cups Orange Juice
1 Cup Pineapple Juice
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Tablespoon Flour
1 Cup Drained Grapefruit Sections, Dash of Nutmeg
1 Cup Drained Orange Sections
1 Tablespoon Orange Marmalade
1 Tablespoon Grated Orange
1/2 Cup White Corn Syrup
Directions
Mix orange and grapefruit sections with grated orange, syrup, marmalade,
and a dash of nutmeg. Set aside. Combine pineapple and orange juice, bring to a boil.
Mix butter and flower together until smooth, add in juice. Boil very slowly for five minutes.
Remove from heat and cool. When nearly cold, add in marinated fruit and set in
refrigerator overnight. Serve cold, topped with sour cream and crackers.
