Orange Delight

 

Ingredients

 

1 large scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream

Orange or Tangerine Fruit

1 cup orange juice, mixed with equal parts Countreau

Coconut (optional)

 

Directions

 

Serve the vanilla ice cream in a small bowl.

Garnish with 2 or 3 wedges of orange or tangerine around the sides.

Ladle one small cup of orange juice mixed with equal parts of countreau over ice cream.

Garnish with coconut.
