Sunshine Soup

 

Makes six servings.

 

Ingredients

 

6 Whole Fresh Oranges

2 Bananas

1 Small Can (8.5 ounces) Crushed Pineapple

1 Small Bottle Maraschino Cherries

1/2 Cup Sugar

2 Ounces Grated Coconut

 

Directions

 

Peel, seed, and section Florida Oranges. Put in blender. Blend, then pour into bowl.

Next, place bananas, pineapple with juice, and cherries in blender. Blend and mix

well with oranges. Add sugar and stir into mixture. Pour into soup dishes and

sprinkle with coconut. Serve chilled.
