Tropical Ham Steaks

 

Ingredients

 

1 Quart Grapefruit Juice

3 Grapefruit Sections

1 Pint Water

4 Ounces Sugar

2 Tablespoons Cornstarch

1 Ham Steak

 

Directions

 

In a bowl, mix grapefruit juice and water. Stir in 3 ounces of sugar, let come to boil.

Mix 2 tablespoonsful of cornstarch in 1/2 cup of water and blend in with boiling grapefruit juice.

Let cook 5 minutes.

Drop 3 whole sections of grapefruit in the sauce and serve on a Ham Steak.
