FAMILY OWNED & OPERATED SINCE 1950
COMMITTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE & SATISFATION
3 GENERATION FLORIDA FARM
ROOTED IN TRADITION, GROWN WITH CARE
Schacht Groves began in 1950 when Henry H. Schacht, a traveling salesman, followed his dream and purchased 50 acres of citrus land in Vero Beach—home to Florida’s famous Indian River citrus. His philosophy was simple: grow the best fruit, and the rest will follow. And it did.
Over the years, the grove expanded, the fruit gained a reputation for unmatched sweetness and quality, and a family-run legacy was born. In 1970, Henry’s son, Henry F. Schacht, launched a small gift fruit shipping service that quickly grew in popularity.
Despite industry challenges in the 1990s, Schacht Groves endured by staying small, focusing on quality, and connecting directly with customers. Today, this family-run grove spans 145 acres and ships thousands of orders each season.
If you’re in Vero Beach, stop by for a taste and see firsthand the care that goes into every piece of fruit we grow.
